Tea Tent

greetings fellow omnians : )

with the festival approaching, we have become aware
that some of those magical beings who have in the past 
taken initiative in organizing the tea tent have since 
embarked on journeys and adventures abroad, leaving 
plenty of space for some new energy and enthusiasm 
from other willing creatures!

we are in need of special beings whose hearts resonate
with the various aspects of this vital festival aspect 
to join us in manifesting healing, nourishment, and
creative flow at this years celebration : )

re:generate herbal healing and art space volunteers:

our new project this year.... tea lounge!
this year, in addition to the tea tent, we would like to set up
a tea lounge close to the tea tent space which will act as a rain
protected zone where we can take our shoes off, sip tea and 
engage in creative play in a comfortable dry space.

much of this needs to be organized in advance of the festival...
with volunteers in the following areas:

herbal magic makers.  
meet in advance to prepare the exciting blends to go into 
this years tea tent... help make decorations, assemble supplies, 
and run errands prior to the festival.  ensure the cleanliness,
functionality, and order of the tea tent table and environment 
during the festival, including fire wood acquisition and water
jug refills for the community kettle.

tea tent and tea lounge construction. 
set up the basic construction of the tea tent and tea lounge 
using a combination of natural materials found on the land to 
build with, as well as a combination of tarp and rope.

tea tent and tea lounge space set up and decoration. 
meet in advance and work in conjunction with the herbal magic 
makers to plan out the decorations and what is needed in the 
tea tent as well as the tea lounge to make the space comfortable 
and inviting... make signs and run errands prior to the festival, 
and maintain tea lounge comfort and integrity during the festival.
